3-Ingredient Pancakes

These 3-ingredient pancakes come together in less than 10 minutes with just three simple ingredients: eggs, bananas, and oats. These are delicious and healthy. For variety, stir healthful additions into the batter: try flaxseeds, nuts, chia or hemp seeds, a spoonful of almond butter, or spices like grated nutmeg or ground ginger.

Which 3 ingredients do you need to make these pancakes?

Banana: Use a very ripe banana to make these pancakes. The riper they are the more sweetness they have and also contain more nutrients. Plus it's a great way to use your ripe bananas.

Egg: The egg helps to bind the ingredients.

Flour: I like to use oat flour because it is full of antioxidants, has more proteins and fat than most traditional flour. You can use any flour of your choice too.

You only need 3 ingredients: bananas, eggs and oats to make these healthy pancakes. They are quick, easy and perfect for using up ripe bananas.
