This fruity and creamy recipe is perfect for breakfast or a snack. It's so healthy and satisfying. All you need is a banana, strawberries and a blender. The best part of smoothie bowls are toppings. You can add coconut flakes, chia seeds, chocolate chips, nuts, granola or what your heart desires, the options are unlimited.

How to make this smoothie bowl?

Simply add a frozen banana and frozen strawberries to a blender and blend it on a low until it looks like a coarse paste. Then add a little, not much milk of your choice and cocoa powder.

Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl

  • Blender


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberry
  • 2 tbsp coco powder
  • 3-4 tbsp coconut or almond milk (any milk of your choice)

Topping options

  • Fresh strawberries
  • Fresh bananas
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Chia seeds
  • Dark chocolate chips
  • Mint leaves


  • Add frozen banana and strawberry into a blender and blend on a low until small bits remain.
  • Add the milk and cocoa powder into the mixture and blend it until completely smooth. The mixture should be thick. Add a touch of milk if necessary to get it to blend completely smooth.
  • Transfer it to the bowl and add the desired topping
